1. Introduction
1.1 Perebel Inc. operates a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for immigration law firms, providing tools for case management, AI-driven document automation, and client communication (the “Perebel Platform”). 1.2 By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you represent a law firm, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that firm.
2. Professional Disclaimer
2.1 Not Legal Advice: Perebel is a technology provider. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or recommendations about legal rights, remedies, or strategies. 2.2 Attorney Responsibility: The Customer (the legal professional) retains sole responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency of all forms, filings, and documents generated using the Platform.
3. Services and Support
3.1 Hosting & Availability: Perebel maintains the Platform with commercially reasonable efforts to ensure 99.9% uptime. 3.2 AI Accuracy: While our AI tools are designed for high precision in document extraction and form-filling, the Customer must review all outputs for errors before submission to government agencies (e.g., USCIS).
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. 4.2 Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of access to case files.
5. Data Ownership and Security
5.1 Customer Data: You own all data, files, and information you upload to the Platform. 5.2 Security: Perebel implements industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect sensitive client information, including PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
6. Term and Termination
6.1 Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via the account dashboard at least 30 days before the renewal date. 6.2 Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your case files before they are permanently deleted from our active servers.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Perebel shall not be liable for any missed filing deadlines, rejected applications, or legal malpractice claims arising from the use of the Platform.
